The urge to cut. Needing blood needing to hurt needing the numbness to go away and all of the thoughts. Needing it to be over. But you can't because if you do it you have to start over and then you're more of a burden. But you do it anyways and you hate yourself. The cycle keeps repeating but you're still holding on to the little bit of hope and trying to stop.
